What is NSSLHA?

The goal of NSSLHA (prounounced niss-luh) is to benefit its members by continually improving its services through supporting, promoting, and advocating for the highest quality preparation of professionals in audiology, speech-language pathology, and speech and hearing science.

 

Who can join?

ALL undergraduate and graduate students in speech-language pathology, audiology, and speech and hearing science are welcome and urged to joion.

 

what does nsslha do?

Thorughout various parts of the year, NSSLHA hosts various fundraisers as well as participating in community service. Meetings are geared towards informing students about current issues in speech-language pathology and audiology, as well as time for fellowship of its members.  It is a great way to meet people within the program that will prove to be excellent resources as you work towards your degree, and prepare for graduate school. NSSLHA will offer you many opportunities to learn about careers in speech-hearing fields, get involved in volunteer projects, travel to national conferences, buid lasting relationships, and much more!
